The day-to-day work of running a company and getting things done at all levels of an organization is part of doing what it takes to move the company forward. I have done just about everything you could do at the small businesses I have worked for. And, I have had many conversations with employees and owners alike, about the challenges and the successes they face each day. Having so much experience at all levels of a company, I have seen a lot of “stuff”. In the bed and breakfast arena, especially, I have talked to literally thousands of owners about their small business, their B&B. Many of those conversations focused on integrating their business needs into their web site.
