A small business needs someone who looks out for their interests-someone who is customer-oriented and is not just looking to make a fast buck. Building a strong "partner-oriented" relationship with future emphasis as a key element in this process.
I have designed, maintained and/or edited literally thousands of mini-websites in the bed and breakfast arena since late 2000. I was previously the VP Operations of Bed & Breakfast Inns ONLINE (www.bbonline.com) until the company was sold to Internet Brands (www.internetbrands.com) in early 2006. In that position, my hands had touched almost all of the 5300+ B&Bs that were on the site at one time or another, not to mention the hundreds of "For Sale" listings, as well. Strong customer service focus was central to building long-term relationships.
Located in a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee, Madison is on the north side, near Goodlettsville, Old Hickory, Hermitage, Donelson, and Hendersonville, among others. Local business is wonderful, but most of my business has come through the bed and breakfast connections.
